Video Solutions Sales Specialist

DIRECTV is excited to announce new job opportunities to join the DIRECTV Call Center Sales Team in Meridian, Idaho. As part of the Customer Services Sales Team, you will offer customers access to our state-of-the-art streaming and TV entertainment services, providing expert advice about our latest cutting-edge technology in a powerful and persuasive way by matching the callers’ entertainment Wants, Interests and Needs using simplified value-based package solutions to close sales.

This position will require on-site training for the first 90 days of employment. The option to Work-from-Home (WFH) will be available upon the successful completion of the training and ramp-up period.

To be selected, Video Solution Sales Specialists must:

• Be goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess strong communication, persuasion and active listening skills.

• Maintain a high level of energy along with a positive attitude

Minimum requirement:

• Previous sales experience – in telecommunications, retail or other sales position.

• Solid math skills.

• Successful completion of virtual interview.

Schedule

• Training will be in center Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM MST (June 1st, 2026 – June 12th, 2026)

• Production hours of 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM MST Monday – Friday beginning June 15th, 2026 (shifts are assigned and subject to change based on needs of the business.)

A Sales Representative’s success will be measured by sales metrics including, but not limited to calls taken, close rates for units sold, and cancellation rates.

Compensation:

The base wage range for this full-time position is $18.02 - $24.71 per hour + bonus (if applicable) +benefits. Our wage ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly wage for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific wage range for your location during the hiring process.

Please note that the compensation details listed in the job posting reflect the base hourly rate of pay only, and do not include bonus (if applicable), or benefits-when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
