DIRECTV is seeking a strategic HR partner to work across organizations, providing consultation across a broad range of HR areas. The Lead, HRBP is an HR subject matter expert and trusted advisor who conducts complex analysis of data to provide innovative solutions. In this role, the Lead acts as a team lead or project manager for various HR initiatives and shares best practices and enterprise- wide perspective across organizations supporting one or more officer direct report organizations.
Here's what you’ll do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Build relationships with the business to gain insights and effectively provide expert HR support.
- Create strategic business plans to implement HR end to end support and roll out HR programs and practices including compensation, staffing, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Provide employee relations support including guidance and expertise on employee matters to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees while supporting a culture of positive and productive work environment.
- Support change management, training, and development of employees.
- Support the talent acquisition process including the selection and successfully onboarding of new employees.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- BS/BA Human Resources degree preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in an HR partner position or related field.
- Must have deep expertise in HR data analytics and knowledge of HR systems including Workday to utilize data to identify trends, leverage metrics for decision-making, and provide valuable insights to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Requires knowledge of employment law.
- Requires exceptional written and verbal communications skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook and Word.
- Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $111,122 - $201,653
Low (N1): $111,122 - $166,583
Mid (N2): $116,970 - $175,350
High (N3): $128,667 - $192,885
Top (N4): $134,516 - $201,653
