The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and has a strong background in digital, marketing, and technology. This individual will be responsible for managing numerous projects and workstreams across a large, matrixed organization, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Here's what you’ll do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects and workstreams across a range of functions, focused on accelerating DIRECTV’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Finance, Product, Martech, and others to drive project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Assist in development and execution of in-market tests and rapid prototyping.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Leverage project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work within a large, matrixed organization to navigate complexities and drive seamless execution.
Wat you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing and technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organization and successfully managing cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in consumer digital marketing and/or subscription services a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law.
This role requires, but is not limited to, 10% travel to meet with internal teams as needed.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $96,140 - $174,570
Low (N1): $96,140 - $144,210
Mid (N2): $101,200 - $151,800
High (N3): $111,320 - $166,980
Top (N4): $116,380 - $174,570
