Dive into the Customer Operations organization as a summer of 2025 intern! The work our team does directly impacts the DIRECTV customer experience through providing support for our customer facing employees with process improvement and documentation support and managing initiatives related to engagement, and culture.

This role works directly with our Engineering organization and provides a hands-on experience working in the newly built Product Customer Experience (PCX) Lab in El Segundo, CA.

Assigned projects are based on what is happening in the business, but could include:

• Implementing software updates and feature enhancements.
• Identify and research issues through various sources and feedback channels to create solutions. 
• Investigate system gaps and opportunities.

Majors/Concentrations we’re looking for:

• Engineering, Computer Science, Math

Skills and Experience:

• General technical knowledge
• Strong technical acumen
• Familiarity with DIRECTV products
• Engineering focused
• Coding experiencing in a broad range of programs
• Demonstrated success in a virtual environment
• Comfortable presenting and speaking with leaders

Local or domestic travel to manufacturing facilities may be required.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3-days per week in the lab. Candidates need to be local to the Los Angeles area and have reliable transportation.

10 week internship program. 6/2/25 - 8/8/25 or 6/16/25 - 8/22/25.

Position requires full US work authorization now and in the future.

This position can earn $28 - $34 per hour based upon academic status, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers.
