Overall Purpose:

Responsible for the daily supervision of activities and all operations of office services that may include office reception, mail and distribution, copy services, meeting and presentation facilities, central files, records retention, monitoring equipment, supplies and cafeteria. Schedules and coordinates projects and handles special assignments from management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the company's office services which may include office reception, copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, records retention, janitorial services oversight, cafeteria staff, recreation services, utility services and communication systems (such as telephones, telex facsimile transmission systems, etc.)
  • Responsible for the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • May be responsible for coordinating the inventory, transfer, and sale of reuse equipment.
  • Responsible for Events, Training Coordination, A/V Equipment and troubleshooting, Building and Safety Management, Security and Emergency Site Coordination.
  • Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.

Job Contribution: Typically reports to second-level management or General Management.
Education: Typically HS Diploma or equivalent is needed.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years relevant experience in area of responsibility.
Supervisory: No.
