Sr Marketing Technology Mgr

DIRECTV Marketing is looking for an innovative and experienced Sr Marketing Technology Mgr to join our Campaign Management team. As a lead manager, you will play a key role in the automation, implementation, and maintenance of all platform involved in tagging, tracking, and overall media technology. This role will be a key partner across site architecture, ecommerce, media marketing and outside agencies. This role will also be tasked with scaling online data collection processes, as well as supporting our existing and growing technology stack. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and automation, a sense of ownership and pride in the creation of efficiencies, and a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Core Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Work closely with Project Managers to understand campaign purpose and target audience

• Able to take campaign requirements from Aprimo and accurately build a flowchart in UNICA

• Know and understand standard/required DTV inclusions and exclusions for all tactics (Email, Direct Mail, Outbound Telemarketing, Bill Messaging, Digital Media)

• Learn and know DTV database structure, tables, and fields


• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Good working knowledge of SQL

• Experience with UNICA/IBM Campaign preferred

• Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

• Very detail-oriented

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Wed Development or Software Engineering
