Overall Purpose: Design, develop and implement marketing strategy and programs to grow DIRECTV STREAM.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for the success of DIRECTV STREAM growth through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan:

  • Oversee development of end-to-end campaigns, working with internal media, brand, creative and sales teams to ensure campaign goals are met on both the digital and the offline acquisitions fronts with the goal of acquiring profitable subs— and pivoting strategy when goals are not being met.
  • Partner and collaborate with Performance Media teams to optimize acquisition through key platforms including and identify new tests for implementation, expanding into new platform as appropriate, strategize new program and creative development
  • Inform channel acquisitions growth through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new messaging, targeting, or capability opportunities.
  • Ensure budgets are delivering against business goals. This includes re-evaluating the mix when business goals are not being met and understanding the effectiveness and profitability of channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing & pricing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
  • Report campaign insights that inform the broader strategy and business impact to stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner closely with analytics to leverage data to continually analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement

What you’ll need:

  • Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
  • Channel Marketing
  • Audience segmentation experience
  • MS Office experience is required (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Previous experience with Product Launch is required
  • Strong analytic and fact based decision making skills are required
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
