DIRECTV is seeking a Director Acquisition Strategyt. This strong leader will be responsible for setting the overarching strategy & performance for acquiring new Satellite customers. It is a critical role within DIRECTV’s Marketing Organization, and success is reliant on effectively designing, leading, and executing on key deliverables. To accomplish this, some additional responsibilities include:

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Establish & lead integrated marketing framework, planning & GTM strategy, across creative, digital, messaging, media, channels, distribution, legal & finance
• Design and execute offer and promotion initiatives including spend optimization. Drive approval of promotional plans to deliver sales performance
• Partner with Sr, Director Performance Management to examine performance and develop insights & key drivers in weekly performance reviews
• Identifying gross add risks and develop plans & strategies to bridge gaps. Develop acquisition playbook that is repeatable
• Collaborate with Research to understand market, consumer needs & evolving tech landscape to identify, define, size and prioritize product development & growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative to understand purchase drivers and brand identity to align campaigns with the acquisition playbook to drive efficient acquisition

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Expert level project management
• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
• Commitment to high quality work product and attention to detail
• Ability to execute multiple parallel initiatives in a high-quality manner while hitting deadlines
• Proactive - a strong sense of ownership and passion for driving to results
• Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree preferred
