Overall Purpose: Responsible for managing the development and design of highly complex internal and external communications. This job title is used exclusively for employees that roll up into the Corporate Communications business unit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and confer expertise relating to the development and execution of tactical communications and managing the platforms in which they are displayed. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing publication of several or most of the following: articles, microsites, news releases, employee newsletters, brochures, employee handbooks, social media content, and/or materials for employee conferences and seminars. Involved in corporate public/ community relations programs. Support senior management or executives on communication platform support. Discretion will be used in deciding the right way to communicate. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, strategic plans, content development, video and digital asset creation, social media, news site placement and employee communications. Must maintain a high-level understanding of industry trends affecting the company and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them. Expected to lead cross-functional teams with peers and managers at all levels across business units to assist in coordinating public relations work. Works on complex problems of diverse scope requiring detailed analysis of unique factors. Requires thorough knowledge of company products, company functions and service policies and procedures. Creates and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization (s). Interacts with customers, functional peer group managers and senior management. Interactions involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. May participate in user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and deliver training for internal systems.

  • Managing employee requests to create groups and knowledge library content and supporting business units with the strategy to win on the platform
  • Owning our Workplace tips and tricks group, sharing weekly posts to our employee-base on how best to use the platform
  • Reporting platform analytics on a recurring basis – adoption, engagement, campaigns
  • Supporting live events, posts, and videos hosted by our executives on the platform

Education: Typically, Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Typically, 5-8 years of experience in a related field. Supervisory: No.

Salary Range: 84,900 - 141,500
